How do I contact customer support?

If you signed up on or after May 24, 2024, you can get instant help at https://cs.segpay.com/ . They have 24 hour Support, and even have a phone number for you to call for assistance. Our customer support email is at the bottom of each page. It's support@meanbitches.com . We have a two person support staff: Yuri and Glenn King. We try to respond to all inquiries within a few minutes, but if you email us at 3AM PST, it will be a few hours. Or if Yuri is unavailable, it may take a few hours before Glenn will be able to answer. All customer support emails will have a response within 24 hours. (See why we switched to Segpay?)

Why are some of the scenes in the MeanWorld Classic blurry when I play them full screen?

On MeanWorld Classic, we take the old scenes which were originally on the site in small clips and re-add them as full scenes. When possible, we upgrade the quality of each scene. Sometimes, we can't. We started shooting scenes for MeanBitches.com way back in 2002. That's 12 years ago! In the beginning I didn't even know this was going to be a full time job.. we shot the scenes on a still camera that did MPEGs. As the years have gone by, we have improved every year and today we shoot with a professional camera crew in a studio. But back in 2006 we didnt have a DVD deal and most people didnt have high speed internet access. We shot the scenes on DV tapes... DV tapes don't last very long in storage, so we can't go back and remaster from the raw footage. Any time we have a scene stored somewhere at higher quality, we remaster it for the website and improve the quality. You see a lot of the scenes upgraded to 4000k, but there are quite a few that are going to be re-added at 1000k or 2000k. As much as I would love to go back in time to 2004 and shoot the scenes in HD, time machine technology is just too expensive... We are just going to have to enjoy the older scenes at a lower bitrate. --Glenn
